WHO ACTUALLY SIGNS OFF THE UNIFORM?

Coach, athletic director, club owner, school office or brand manager — knowing the approver early prevents the project from bouncing between conflicting versions.

ONE FINAL YES

FEEDBACK CAN COME FROM FIVE PEOPLE. APPROVAL SHOULD COME FROM ONE PLACE.

Collect comments internally, then send one consolidated decision. That reduces the chance that an old logo, earlier colour choice or outdated roster slips back into the project.

VIRGINIA BUYER QUESTIONS ABOUT APPROVAL.

Can several coaches review the design?

Yes, but it helps if one person returns the consolidated approved feedback.

What should be approved before production?

The product direction, artwork, colours, quantities, sizes and any personalisation information relevant to the order.

Can we send a revised logo later?

Send changes before final approval whenever possible and label the newest file clearly.

Is the factory in Virginia?

No. GHS Gear manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and serves Virginia buyers through international supply.

WHO IS THE FINAL APPROVER?
