That is a better question than simply asking for a jersey price. If your programme expects returning players, new players and future reorders, tell us from the beginning. We can organise the project around an approved visual reference instead of treating every season like a brand-new idea.

Maybe the design stays exactly the same and only the roster changes. Maybe a sponsor was added. Maybe the school updated a logo. Tell us the difference rather than rebuilding the entire brief from zero.

Can we order a few extra uniforms for players who join late?
Include expected extras in the initial quantity if you can. If a later reorder is needed, reference the approved project and provide the new sizes, names and numbers so we can confirm the current requirement.
We have football and hockey. Can the branding feel consistent across both?
Yes. The garment construction differs by sport, but approved colours, logos and the broader visual language can be coordinated across the programme.
What should we save from this order for next season?
Keep your approved artwork, final roster, colour references and project reference together. That makes the next conversation much clearer than relying on photos of old uniforms.
Our school logo has several versions. Which one should we send?
Send the officially approved version you want used on the garment, preferably as the best-quality artwork available. If different teams use different marks, label those files clearly.
Can player names and numbers change from one order to the next?
Yes. Treat the roster as variable information and the approved uniform design as the stable reference, unless the design itself is also changing.
Can we start before every player's size is confirmed?
You can begin the product and design discussion earlier, but the final size breakdown and personalisation details need to be confirmed before the approved order moves into production.
Where are Pennsylvania orders manufactured?
GHS Gear manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan. Pennsylvania is the destination market, not the manufacturing location.

Those three pieces make a useful starting point. For a first order, send the sport, garment requirements, artwork, approximate quantities and target date. Either way, manufacturing is handled by GHS Gear in Sialkot, Pakistan for international delivery.
