Can we see what the uniform will look like before anything is produced?
Yes. Artwork and product direction are reviewed before production. If your project needs a physical sample, that can also create an approval checkpoint before an approved bulk order moves ahead.
What if our school logo or mascot file isn't perfect?
Send the best artwork you have along with a clear reference. We can review what is usable and identify what needs to be cleaned up or recreated before the design is approved. We will not pretend a blurry file is production-ready.
Can one order cover varsity, JV, staff or multiple teams?
It can, provided the products, quantities, sizes and artwork are clearly defined. For larger programmes, separating each roster while keeping the same visual system makes the project much easier to control.
Do you have a minimum order for Illinois teams?
Minimums can depend on the product and customization method. Send the product and quantity you actually need and we will confirm what is workable rather than quoting a made-up universal number on this page.
How do we avoid sizing problems on a large roster?
Start with an organised size list and confirm the intended fit before production. Youth, adult, men's and women's requirements should be identified in the brief instead of being assumed from a jersey number.
Can you match our exact school or club colors?
Send your approved color references, artwork and any existing uniform reference you want us to follow. Color direction should be agreed during development, before the order reaches approved production.
Can we add sponsor logos, memorial details, names or numbers?
Yes, those details can be incorporated into the design where the garment and decoration method allow it. Put every required mark in the brief so nothing important is introduced after approval.
What happens when we need a few more uniforms later?
Tell us it is a repeat-order requirement when the first project is being planned. Reorders still depend on product availability, quantity and the approved specification, so keeping the original design and order details consistent matters.
How far ahead of the season should we contact you?
As early as you can. The real timeline depends on design readiness, sampling needs, quantity, production and shipping. If you have a hard in-hand date, include it in the first message so feasibility can be checked before you commit.
Are these uniforms made in Illinois?
